The Concord Telephone Company (CTC) of Concord, North Carolina was organized in 1897 by the initiative of Lester D. Coltrane Sr. After a period of ownership by Windstream. The site today is part of TriTella, an FCC telecom provider focused on community communications. TriTella introduced Digital Voice Lines™ nearly a decade ago, expanding since to offer alternative dial-tone services as well.

The transition from copper telephone lines to contemporary solutions such as Digital Voice Lines™ and mobile phones is no longer just a trend: it’s a necessity. The shift promises improved service quality, greater reliability, and better cost efficiency benefiting business owners and their callers.
